我目前在写程式ㄚ..
我是用 php+mysql+apache+phpmyadmin...
然后..我现在遇到一个很大的问题....
就是...我从php表单回存进资料库的资料皆为乱码...
从资料库取出来的资料也是乱码....
请问我该怎么解决....
另外...我使用header.....
但他却出现以下错误讯息....
